I think Isaka-san is truly the epitome of subculture. He's one of the best artists, known only to those in the know, who draws truly stylish pictures. It's a problem that there aren't many publications for those who have come to love his work, and they're difficult to obtain. But I think that scarcity is what keeps his passionate fans so enthusiastic even now. This collection of works just happened to be very well-preserved, with the obi and slipcase included, and I really want to pass it on to someone who will appreciate it. When I unfolded the included poster, I honestly got so excited and moved. The "COOL!!!!" from the bottom of my heart was something I hadn't felt in a long time, maybe since I was a boy. It's similar to the feeling I got when I bought a monthly comic and got a rare card as a bonus. I think men will understand how incredibly impactful that is.
