vintage tiffany style stained glass shade lamp/pendant/swag

Tiffany style "Hampton Bay" stained glass shade from 1999. One panel has a hairline crack. It comes in it's original box. The box says pendant light but works very well just as a shade. Shown in one of the photos on a lamp base of mine. It can be hung as a pendant light or swag. Swag kits can be purchased at Lowes or on line. It measures 10 3/4" across ( the box says 11") X 9 1/2" H. The pattern is diamond back. The glass is beige/white marbled, brown/white and clear frosted. It comes with part for ceiling mount but not sure everything is there. It looks like the ceiling cap is a separate purchase as it has a price tag attached. One of the panels on the bottom skirt has a hairline crack (last 2 photos). It's very hard to see, I almost missed it. I ship same or next business day.
