Amazing handmade colorful flower power vintage skirt in good condition. This is like a quilted skirt as you can see the underneath that's white almost looks like a quilt. Laying flat the waistband measures approximately 16 and 1/2 in across with the button closed. I wear a women's large and I am able to wear it but I have to jack it up really high for the button to close. This would best fit a woman size medium. The length of the skirt is almost 44 in long so it could be worn as a high-waisted skirt with a black crop top to complete the look. Very cool skirt One of a kind and unique! The only flaw is a small hole on the inside underneath part but it doesn't go through to the black side so it really doesn't affect anything. Please see all pictures for more details.
