This rare and highly collectible piece of NBA and Seattle sports history is from the 1995/1996 NBA season when the franchise debuted a new logo and uniform complete with jersey # on the front.
The following is additional information on this warmup jacket:
* One of the most iconic uniform motifs of a now-defunct sports team from the 90s NBA era.
* Game worn by Sam Perkins during the Sonics memorable 1995/1996 Western Conference Finals Championship season (64-18, #1 seed).
* Perkins’ jersey # “14” individually stitched on front right chest with Sonics “S” logo stitched on front left chest.
* Extremely rare first-year style, not often seen on the open market.
* Cosmetic imperfections including black markings along the piping of the right sleeve and a small hole measuring 1mm on rear center logo (see photos).
