Late 1970s to 1980s vintage Indiana Hoosiers knit cap featuring a built-in visor and oversized white pom-pom. This hat is marked with U.S. Patent 4,141,229 (issued 1979), covering the elastic knit visor construction. Bright red knit with white INDIANA and GO HOOSIERS lettering around the crown.
Labeled Made in USA, 100% acrylic, hand wash warm. Soft stretch fit, unisex, classic collegiate fanwear from the late 20th century. Good vintage condition with no real issues.
