No markings or branding. I bought this about 20+/- years ago at Antique/Resell Shop in Taos New Mexico.
He’s very detailed especially his neck ruffle, hands, etc. You simply hold top in place and windup the bottom part for melody to play. Unfortunately I’m not sure what song it plays…sounds familiar but just cannot place it. He is made of a resin type material that has a wood carved look. His hands are holding balls that are adorn with stars. Flat bottom but does kind of have a webble wobble look to him.
