I can't be sure of age on this dress but Susan Small was a ready-to-wear house founded by Leslie Carr Jones in the early 1940s. It lasted until the late 1970s and was particularly known for evening wear. It is absolutely stunning and in fantastic condition! Zip back fastening. The label says size 12, but I would say it is better fitting on a size 8-10 depending on desired fit.
