Elegant vintage 1960s Asian jewelry box, handcrafted from solid wood with detailed etched brass fittings and a carved celadon-green stone inlay (likely jade or jadeite). The interior is lined in luxurious red silk brocade with divided compartments for rings and treasures.
The inlay shows beautiful translucence and depth typical of genuine carved jade, framed by brass butterfly brackets.
A faint hairline crack on the wooden lid (see photo) is consistent with natural aging and does not affect structure or beauty.
