This items was found in a old store in the back of it, Around famous original little Italy in Bx,Ny.

It's dust or yellow? - It's Both. It was at the front store window for years and then in the back collecting dusts.
So it's Dusty and Yellow on the Plastic on the front and not at the back. As seen in the pictures.

Sealed or Open? - it's Sealed and the corner is chip and the hook of the package. but is un-open. and still has some color to it. As seen in the picture above.

Test? - it's un-open but has all the original package and nothing is missing.
