McDonald's Painter's Hat features Snoopy from the Peanuts cartoon next to the Golden Arches. The Vintage Employee Promo Cap is from the 1980s. The cotton hat has a plastic bill and is sized One Size fits Most. The hat is in good vintage pre-owned condition. There is one small spot on the front of the cap that I have not tried to clean (see pictures).
