I was told that the set was purchased in the 1980s from The Spiegel magazine.

The lid: has a chip near the letter S. Enamel has been affected by the edges and has lost its sheen. There are a couple of scratches on the blue area.
The pot: Small chips are seen in enamel along lip. Some discolor inside and spoon marks. At least two manufacturer holes to inside enamel.
This Dutch Oven is very usable! Would be great for baking sour dough bread or making soups.
