Large Stunning Fostoria Arlington Pattern Milk Glass 1950s Compote

Rare find: This item is hard to come by. A piece of mid century white milk glass, compote bowl that is sure to WOW. Made by Fastoria Glass in Fastoria, OH from 1954 to 1965 in the Arlington pattern. The the compote has a very unique swirling open work base. The bowl on this piece has a lovingly ribbed pattern that changes up at the top to a fancy lacy 2 inch high low open cut out geometric design. This design blends mid century modern style with classic elegance that is still fashionable today. A perfect piece for a wedding treat table or a dining room table centerpiece. No matter where you will place it, it will truly stand out. It's no wonder this piece was on the cover of a milk class collector's book. Measure 9 3/4 inches high 9 1/2 inches wide. Condition no damages, no chips, cracks, nicks, crazing, etc. There's only one tiny black spec in the bowl. Non smoking pet-free home.
