Tag says 12 must be UK size which is US 8 but I think that is a very small US 8. I am US small 4 with chest 36A and this fits me just right with some room so listing as US 4 and you can wear a sweatshirt comfortably under

This is structured but not stiff, warm, two side pockets with buttons, zipper smooth, soft to touch
I wear this on evening walks and it has never failed me
