This is a PARKER, a familiar brand, but this is a PARKER Itala prototype mechanical pencil manufactured in Japan in 1983. At the time, disposable ballpoint pens and this mechanical pencil were test-marketed in Europe, but production was discontinued, and the remaining stock was put away, making this a valuable mechanical pencil.
The "arrow clip," the symbol of the brand, is printed on the clip, and "Itala (arrow logo) PARKER" is embossed on the upper side of the body.
