Over to expose the plaid lining. When folded over there is a buckle that holds it down if you’d like on the back of the ankle. Super soft leather with ribbon laces *ribbon is missing the iglets on one shoe :/ They lace up (on me) to mid calf. I love a good natural patina but you may prefer to shine these up. Hi
