Very Detailed Carving all along the front and tops of this beautiful box. Has same carving along city scape painting in a 3 shot mural on top of the box 10 in. Long, about 4 in. Tall and about 2 1/2 in deep. Believe wood is Cedar. Has that amazing smell. Jewelery box has a mirror inside that goes the length of the top inside. Very well kept for an older box. 1 or 2 light scratches in wood from years of age. But as you can see from photos but is in excellent shape. Not sure exact age but know it is an antique. Front latch is located so that your able to slide a lock on box if you prefer. But doesn't come with 1 at this time. More then likely was handmade. Any more questions please feel free to ask.
