A rat is broken off and missing from the rear base, left side (photo 7). There is a scuff mark on the front left side (photo 8). Other than these 2 defects, the building is in very good condition.
Lights and sounds were tested and work as they should. Adapter is included.
Styrofoam has some staining, see photos. There is also gouging and a piece of styrofoam that has broken off and taped back together. There is also a few small tears and crumpling/creasing to the sleeve. Not all damage to styrofoam and sleeve is shown due to limitation of number of photos.
