This is so cool and it's in perfect condition I thought it first it was an incense holder but after cleaning it up it was kind of soapy on the bottom and I realized that it could be a soap dish or somebody was using it as a soap dish as I'm not the original owner. I saw somewhere online that this might be from Kenya. The stone it's made from is very smooth and slippery so it might be soapstone.
I just love the design and the colors the little ridge in the back is a string of elephants and then the dish part is zebras on a really cool terracotta background.
It really caught my eye and I thought you'd like it too !
