These radial shaft seals are employed between rotating and stationary machine parts, or between components in relative motion. CRWA1 seals are crafted with a metal case, an SKF WAVE lip made of elastomer for enhanced pumping to minimize heat, a garter spring for optimal sealing against the shaft, and a dust lip to boost contamination exclusion. Many of these seals come with the SKF Bore Tite coating on the outside diameter, which aids in filling minor housing bore imperfections.
